Key 1: Management.

Whatever you mismanage will die.

If you mismanage your money, you will lose it, if you mismanage people, you will lose them. And if you mismanage the little you have, much will be far from you.

The scriptures say in Genesis 2:5; that after God created the earth, he did not let it rain on it. Why? Because there was no man to manage the fruits that will follow the rain.

KJV: “And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground”

ICB: “There were no plants on the earth. Nothing was growing in the fields. The Lord God had not yet made it rain on the land. And there was no man to care for the ground”

The above scripture can be summed up in one sentence. “Management releases wealth”. After creation, no wealth was released because there was no manager. There was no one to take care of the wealth. If you are still wondering why you are still broke, or why members keep leaving your ministry and why you are still struggling to handle your ministry, please stop wondering. Check your management of resources and people. Anointing is not a substitute for management. You can be anointed and still fail in ministry.

“The effectively, efficiently, correctly and timely use of resources is of the key component you need to reign in ministry and fulfilling your ministry”

Luke 16:10-11 (AMP)

 10: “He who is faithful in a very little thing is also faithful in much, and he who is dishonest in a very little thing is also dishonest in much.

11: Therefore if you have not been faithful in the use of earthly wealth, who will entrust the true riches to you?”

God wants you to be an economist, He wants you to get the maximum out of the minimum you have. Let’s face it;

A lot of you are praying for a bigger house, but cannot even take care of the small house you have or rent.

We want bigger things, but we mismanage the ones we have.
