There are Lots of books out there and I will be updating the list on regular bases. But this 15 are essential.

Lets get started;

Book Number 1.

The Lean Startup by Eric Ries.

Most startups fail. But many of those failures are preventable.  The Lean Startup is a new approach being adopted across the globe, changing the way companies are built and new products are launched.

Eric Ries defines a startup as an organization dedicated to creating something new under conditions of extreme uncertainty.

The Lean Startup approach fosters companies that are both more capital efficient and that leverage human creativity more effectively.

Inspired by lessons from lean manufacturing, it relies on “validated learning,” rapid scientific experimentation, as well as a number of counter-intuitive practices that shorten product development cycles, measure actual progress without resorting to vanity metrics, and learn what customers really want.

It enables a company to shift directions with agility, altering plans inch by inch, minute by minute.

Rather than wasting time creating elaborate business plans, The Lean Startup offers entrepreneurs – in companies of all sizes – a way to test their vision continuously, to adapt and adjust before it’s too late.

Think and grow Rich By Napoleon Hills.

Its hard to see any entrepreneur or business person who has not read this book. This book by Napoleon Hills is one book I always recommend to people who really desire to succeed.

There is one Quote that really inspires me in this book. I love the quote so much that I had to Memorize it. Let me share share it with you.

It says;

“I bargained with Life for a penny,

And Life would pay no more,

However I begged at evening

When I counted my scanty store.

For Life is a just employer,

He gives you what you ask,

But once you have set the wages,

Why, you must bear the task.

I worked for a menial’s hire,

Only to learn, dismayed,

That any wage I had asked of Life,

Life would have willingly paid.”

The scientific Advertising by Claude Hopkins

This is the oldest book on this list but its also one of the best books you can read about marketing. If you’ve been an entrepreneur for a reasonable period, then, you’ll agree with me that business is 90% of marketing.

If you get everything else right but your marketing is wrong, then, you’ve got no business. If you get your marketing right, you can hardly get anything else wrong.

I once mentioned in one of our videos that I read a book that has made me thousands of dollars since the last decade when I read it.

I didn’t mention the name of that book and many people were asking for the name in the comment. That book is, You Can Negotiate Anything.
